1. Adult Members. Be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry; or
2. Minor Members with Parental Consent. Be at least sixteen (16) years of age but under eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry and have obtained the prior written consent and guarantee of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Contest, as evidenced by a signed, completed, and submitted Parental Consent, Release, and Guarantee Form provided by the Administrator and available at https://join.legionm.com/nimrods-movie-contest/.
2. Band Composition. Entrants must submit as a band or musical group, and can be solo artists. All members of the band must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section I of this Article.
3. Parental Consent and Guarantee Requirement for Minors.
1. Mandatory Parental Consent. Any band member who is under eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry must have a parent or legal guardian complete, sign, and submit a Parental Consent, Release, and Guarantee Form on behalf of the minor before the band's entry will be considered eligible.
2. Parental Guarantee. By signing the Parental Consent, Release, and Guarantee Form, the parent or legal guardian agrees to:
1. Guarantee the minor's compliance with these Official Rules;

4. Grant all publicity and intellectual property rights required under these Official Rules on behalf of the minor; and
5. Accept all prize-related obligations and tax responsibilities on behalf of the minor if the band is selected as the Winner.
3. Rejection of Entries Without Parental Consent. No exceptions will be made.
4. Form Submission Deadline. All Parental Consent, Release, and Guarantee Forms must be submitted to the Administrator by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on August 2, 2026. Forms may be submitted electronically via https://join.legionm.com/nimrods-movie-contest/

Failure for at least one (1) representative of Entrant band to be available or unable to appear at the premiere will result in disqualification.
6. Verification. The Administrator reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any Entrant at any time. Failure to provide proof of eligibility upon request may result in disqualification. Proof of submitting an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by the Administrator. The Administrator may require proof of age and parental or legal guardian relationship for any minor band member.
7. Compliance with Laws and Platform Terms. Entrants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and with TikTok's and Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Submitted songs must be original and the wholly owned intellectual property of the Entrant (no covers will be accepted).

Administrator may invite participants who have posted videos to make an official submission at its own discretion and being invited to submit does not guarantee winning the contest.
4. Entry Limits. Each band may submit multiple songs during the Contest Period, so long as each entry meets the criteria set forth in Article 3, Section 1.1. Bands may submit the same song on both TikTok & Instagram.
5. Entry Ownership and License. By submitting an entry, Entrant represents and warrants that:
1. The entry is the Entrant's original work and does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party;
2. Entrant has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit the entry and grant the rights set forth in these Official Rules;
3. The entry does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion.
6. Grant of Rights. By submitting an entry, Entrant (and, if applicable, the parent or legal guardian on behalf of any minor band member) grants to the Administrator and its designees a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display the entry (in whole or in part) for the purposes of administering and promoting the Contest, and for the Administrator's marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval.

Article 4 — Judging Criteria and Process
1. Skill-Based Evaluation. All eligible entries will be judged based on skill and merit according to the following objective criteria. The Contest winner will be selected based on the judges' evaluation and scoring of each entry. Chance plays no part in the determination of the winner. Multiple entries do not increase the likelihood of winning.
2. Judging Criteria and Weighting. Entries will be evaluated and scored by a panel of qualified judges selected by the Administrator (the "Judges"), with the winner being selected based on Musical Ability and Technical Skill, Originality and Creativity, Overall Performance Quality, Commitment and Availability.
3. Judging Panel. The Judges will consist of a panel appointed by the Administrator including the producer and director of Nimrods. The identity and qualifications of the Judges may be disclosed at the Administrator's sole discretion.
4. Judging. Administrator will review entries received during the Contest Period with the Judges to confirm compliance with these Official Rules and select the winner using the judging criteria. The entry receiving the highest marks from the judges will be selected as the potential Contest winner (the "Potential Winner").
5. Judging Timeline. Judging will take place on or about August 3, 2026, through August 4, 2026. The Potential Winner will be selected on or about August 4, 2026. All judging decisions are final and binding. During this time period, judges may reach out to a short list of potential winners to ensure all criteria set forth in this document are met and to make a final decision on winner selection. Contact by the judges for initial interview & vetting does not guarantee winner selection.
6. No Guaranteed Winner. The Administrator reserves the right not to select a winner or award the prize if, in the sole discretion of the judges, no Entrant meets a specified, clearly defined minimum standard of quality, creativity, or skill set forth in the judging criteria.
Article 5 — Winner Notification and Verification
1. Notification. The Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone at the contact information provided in the entry form on or about August 5, 2026. If the Potential Winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts over a two (2) business day period, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining Entrants in accordance with the judging process.
2. Verification and Affidavit. Within two (2) calendar days of the date of notification, the Potential Winner must:
1. Respond to the Administrator confirming acceptance of the Prize (as defined below);
2. Participate in a video conference with Administrator as part of the verification of Entrant as the authorized members of the Winning Band;
3. Execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, the "Winner Documents");
4. If any band member is a minor, the parent or legal guardian who executed the Parental Consent, Release, and Guarantee Form for each such minor must also execute and return any additional Winner Documents required by the Administrator on behalf of the minor;
5. Confirm presence of participating band members at the Nimrods Premiere on August 12, 2026; and
6. Confirm willingness to record and produce original video and audio footage documenting the Entrant band's travel to Los Angeles, California, for the premiere event. This travel documentation video must clearly show the band's journey and arrival in Los Angeles and must be sufficient to demonstrate the band's ability and commitment to attend the premiere.
3. Verification of Eligibility. The Administrator reserves the right to verify the Potential Winner's eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules, return the Winner Documents or Performance Agreement within the specified time periods, or provide satisfactory proof of eligibility or authority to accept the Prize may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
4. Declaration of Winner. The Potential Winner will be declared the official Contest winner (the "Winner") only after satisfying all requirements set forth in this Article and these Official Rules.
Article 6 — Prize

1. Modification and Termination. The Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest (or any portion thereof) at any time if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond the Administrator's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
